Dies

	Dies Outline Flatface Logo dies can be manufactured as Flat Face, bold style characters or as an outline Style character.Outline style characters are often used in impression marking applications to reduce the marking pressure or where the bold character may cause distortion of the part being marked. Outline Style characters are also used in stencil cut-out applications where dies are used to make paint stencils. Outline Style dies can also be used like a Steel rule die. This application provides for a greater detail than can be achieved with traditioal Steel rule dies. The dies pictured here are used as mold die inserts. These dies are manufactured with a relief to produce a recessed readable character on molded rubger part. Dies Outline Flatface
	Embossing & Debossing Dies Male & Female Embossing Dies are used to raise characters onto a wide range of sizes and shaped materials. Debossing dies are similar with Reversed Characters and the image is in relief. Embossing & Debossing Dies can be used to create clean readable text and logos or may be used in ornamental metal applications. Embossing & Debossing Dies
	7" Knurl Dies This set of 7" diameter X 4" thick knurling dies are used to a continuous Roll Stamping of vinyl extrusion. Similar dies are used to Roll Stamp text along the length of hex bar stock in a Bar Marking Machine. 7" Knurl Dies
	Bar Marking Die This four inch diameter Bar Marking Dies is used for Continuous Roll Marking along the axis of a hexagon bars. Universal Metal Marking also provides Knurling Dies in a similar design for Straight Line and for Diamond Knurling applications. UMMCO can also produce Straight Line and Diamond Knurling Dies for Marking and Knurling on you round or flat materials. Traditional Roll Stamping Dies as well as Ornamental Marking Tools are also available. 	Branding Dies Hot Stamping Dies, and Branding Dies, are produced in Photo-Metal, Magnesium, Aluminum, Copper and Steel. At Universal Metal Marking we offer you a choice. Heat-treated tool steel branding dies promise to provide years of service in the most extreme conditions.
